Shipping Policy

This policy covers how and when we ship AromaAmbient orders from the United States.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation once your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are shown at checkout when available. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Where available, a tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. You can also review orders after signing in under Track order.

International orders

If we ship internationally, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply.
