This policy covers how and when we ship AromaAmbient orders from the United States.
Processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation once your order ships.
Delivery estimates. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are shown at checkout when available. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking. Where available, a tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email.
International orders. If we ship internationally, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused (or gently tried), in original condition and packaging where practical. Opened fragrance oils may be excluded if hygiene or safety rules apply - contact us and we will advise.
